Entries for foreigners ( non-Japanese ) living in Japan or abroad will be accepted from 10:00 a.m., October 20, 2018 to 6:00 p.m., January 25, 2019 ( Japan Time ).
Payment is accepted by credit card only.

500 overseas applicant entry will be accepted by order of arrival.

Application and Race Participation Process

• Sat. October 20, 2018

  Application are accepted from 10:00 a.m. (Japan Time)

  *500 overseas applicant entry will be accepted in order of receipt application.
  We will stop accepting applications once all the places are taken.

• Fri. January 25, 2019

  Application Period ends at 6:00 p.m. (Japan Time)

• Mid-March, 2019

  Race Number Declaration and Information Package will be sent by email

• Sat. April 20, 2019

  Registration opens 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Big Hat

• Sun. April 21, 2019

  Race day

• Late-May, 2019

  Race Certificate will be sent out by EMS（Express Mail Service）
